Artist's Statement

The mirrored front of the bench sets the scene of a dancer stretching alone in her studio. The viewer has found her in a quiet contemplative moment. Her purpose, feelings and motives are curious. A close inspection will reveal her thoughts, the stress of the day, her pressures and pain are being released.
